Established in 2011, STLKE has grown in attendance by 200%.

Our community needs to adopt a more “visionary” approach to advancing our interests.

Fortunately for St. Louis, this is the directive the St. Louis Kids Expo is taking!

The St. Louis Kids Expo is a showcase of resources for the well-being of our children, families and community. Our primary purpose is to continuously raise the level of awareness, reshape our community’s attitudes and offer access to resources that inspire individuals to act on their own behalf. Each year, our showcase takes a “thematic approach” by identifying three key focal points addressed to positively impact the quality of life of our attendees.

Mark your calendars and tell everyone you know to please do the same! This year’s Expo will be held:

Our Communities

It is critical that we work for the empowerment of our community from within our community.

It is critical that we work for the empowerment of our community from within our community.

The St. Louis Kids Expo is deeply committed to informing and empowering the community with as much information while connecting with as many available resources to help families manage these present-day realities.

Given the recent consumer economic profiles pertaining to the buying and influential spending statistics, it is critical that the demographic audiences identified in these profiles be informed of the leverage they wield.

Expo 2016 Theme

The STLKE takes a "visionary" approach to serving the needs of St. Louis communities.

The STLKE takes a "visionary" approach to serving the needs of St. Louis communities.

Over 1,200 children, youth and parents attended the 4th annual St. Louis Kids Expo last year. This year we will continue to raise the level of awareness, reshape the community’s attitudes and provide resources, services, products and activities for our attendees to improve
their lives.

The theme for the 2016 Expo is:
WISDOM | WELLNESS | WEALTH.

WISDOM
The St. Louis Kids Expo will educate and empower children, youth and parents by having leaders, doctors, teachers, experts, mentors, entrepreneurs along with organizations sharing their wealth of knowledge for others to gain wisdom. When seeds are planted and one
shares his/her knowledge you can expect to see opportunities of growth in life. Our sponsors,
partners, exhibitors, entertainers and speakers will deliver a wealth of wisdom.

WELLNESS
Healthy education gives us knowledge, skills and positive attitudes about ourselves. Health education teaches us about physical, mental, emotional and social health. It motivates us to improve and maintain health, focus on disease prevention, decrease risky behaviors and make better overall choices for ourselves. The expo will offer healthcare screenings, fitness demonstrations, healthy food selections, goal setting for a healthier life
and much more.

WEALTH
Family financial education is important in maintaining a quality lifestyle. Understanding Money management and the principals of how money works is significant. Our attendees will gain knowledge and be educated on important topics such as:
• taxes and money saving strategies
• credit education and management
• creating and adhering to a budget
• the importance of having insurance
• planning for retirement with limited resources
• controlling spending and avoiding impulse buying
• entrepreneurship and finance
• gaining wealth and building relationships through volunteering
• wealth accumulation and preservation
